To provide a traction surgical operation table installation and storage system capable of installing a traction surgical operation table for lower limb joint surgical operation on a surgical operation table body more easily.SOLUTION: A traction surgical operation table 1 for lower limb joint surgical operation according to one point of view of the invention comprises: a main frame part 2 having a main frame 21 provided with two rod-shaped members; a position adjustment part comprising a movable frame and a leg fixing part for fixing a leg; and a support leg part which is connected to the position adjustment part, supports the main frame part and can adjust an inclination of the main frame part. The position adjustment part comprises a grip part capable of setting, by a grip operation of one grip, a first mode for fixing a movement operation along the main frame and an inclination adjustment operation of the support leg part, a second mode for releasing the movement operation along the main frame and fixing the inclination adjustment operation of the support leg part, and a third mode for releasing the movement operation along the main frame and the inclination adjustment operation of the support leg part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
