The device has two bodies forming a bull-nose and screwed with respect to each other, where the bodies are formed of an external metal covering (1), an internal metal covering (4), a heat resistant and insulating layer (2) resistant to thermal shocks, and an electrical insulation layer (3) resistant to mechanical shocks. Two electrical copper wires are soldered to internal and external walls for measuring potential difference between the coverings.
