The device has a cylindrical bearing (42) between a terminal part of arms (26) of joint spectacles and a rim of a plate spring (29). The rim pushes the spring against a function surface (54) of a cam system when the arms are open, and against another function surface of the system in an arm closing position. The system is pulled beyond an opening of the arms according to a spring joint, during locking of the latter surface, till an instable function surface (41) of the system. The system is returned to an initial state in an open position of the arms after termination of function of the joint.
