The brake servo unit (200) has flow regulating electromechanical units (202) that are placed outside the brake servo unit. The units are connected to the brake servo unit by a duct (204) opening in a rear chamber (208). Sealing units isolate a piston (214) so that the piston is not subjected to change of pressure introduced in the rear chamber. The sealing units include a metallic cylinder whose end supports a skirt (210) at rest by a joint and other end is supported on the piston by a joint, where joint is movable with respect to the piston along axis of the piston. An independent claim is also included for a device for automatic braking.
