The device has a control valve (4) opened for arriving water by deployment of a nozzle (5) of a water output until a position is determined in a water closet basin (2) and spraying of water in an output of the nozzle with the help of a water ejector (6). The control valve is closed for simultaneously stopping the ejection of water and shrinking of the nozzle with automatic cleaning (8) until total retraction of the nozzle in rear thickness (7) of a lavatory seat surface (1).
