The device has a tube (1A) with an opening (4) in its end, and another tube insertable in the former tube, where the opening is cut in the form of a saw with teeth of 4 millimeter height. The former tube has a locking ring (3) that locks the former tube in the latter tube. The ends of the tube receive safety endfittings (5) made of natural rubber, and are protected by the endfittings. The tubes have openings (6) for providing evacuation of sawdust.
