Over-flying aircraft maneuvering method, involves displacing center of gravity of aircraft by transferring fuel from left lateral fuel tank and central tank towards right lateral fuel tank and rear tank of aircraft, respectively

The method involves displacing a center of gravity of an over-flying aircraft by transferring a fuel from a left lateral fuel tank (4) and a central tank (7) towards a right lateral fuel tank (5) and a rear tank (8) of the aircraft, respectively. A quantity of the fuel to be transferred is determined by an air data computer (2) of the aircraft when a maneuver control is issued by a pilot. The fuel quantity is verified by the computer in such a manner that the fuel quantity is less than a predetermined value of maximum quantities of transferable fuel for protecting a covering of the aircraft. An independent claim is also included for a system for maneuvering an over-flying aircraft.
