The part i.e. cable terminal stopper (9), has an axial blocking unit i.e. flexible attachments (92), for axially blocking an axle (7), where the part is made of elastic steel. The blocking unit is incorporated in the part, where the part is rotatably displaced between raised and lowered work positions. The unit is engaged in a groove formed at an end of the axle. The attachments are distributed on the circumference of an opening (91) of a flange (90) and are radially extended towards the interior of the opening.
