The vehicle has a longitudinal frame (2) extending between directional front wheels (8) and a rear driving wheel (4) and provided with a housing (12) for housing a propulsion unit i.e. engine (14), connectable to the rear driving wheel. The frame includes a driver seat (16) placed between the rear wheel and the directional front wheels. A bottom point of the driver seat is located below a top point of the rear wheel. Feet resting spaces (20) are associated to the driver seat and located on both sides of the frame in front of the driver seat and at the back of the rear wheel.
