The assembly (1) has a container (2) containing product, and a product application device (4) applying the product on keratinous materials. The device is fixed to the container in a removable manner. A vibrating unit i.e. vibrator (3), vibrates the container independent of a position of the device. The unit is connected to the container during utilization of the device. The unit has an electrical motor (3a) for rotatingly driving an eccentric pressure lever (3b) mounted with respect to the motor. The container has a flange arranged between a neck of a case and the device in a closed state. An independent claim is also included for a method for applying a cosmetic product on keratinous materials.
