The invention relates to a very broadband signal processing device in the form of a microstrip comprising a dielectric (3) framed by two electrodes (1 and 2). The thickness (H) of the dielectric is less than the penetration depth of the London magnetic field. At least one of the electrodes (1 and 2) is made of superconducting material and its thickness (d) may also be less than the depth of penetration of the London magnetic field (lambdaL) in the superconductor used.Applications: Microwave devices.
