An LED (30) extends above an opening of a circuit board (20) and is electrically connected to the board so that a lower portion of the LED is coupled with a projecting portion (111) of the base. A head (50) has a coupling portion (51) detachedly connected to the coupling portion (13) of the body. The head is electrically connected to conducting wires that extend in a through hole of the base of the body.
