The device has male conformations e.g. cylindrical stubs (1a-1c), integrated to a controlled mechanical ventilation unit (1), where the device is made from a single piece by molding or injection of plastic material e.g. polyethylene or polypropylene. Female conformations (2a-2c) i.e. slots, are connected to a hooking unit (5) by connection strips (3a-3c). The female conformations cooperate with the male conformations and permit insertion of the male conformations. Each female conformation has a flexible tab for retaining and locking respective male conformation in a position.
