The unit (BO) has an air flow generation device (D) with a hollow interface (IC) integrated to a rear casing (BA) at the level of one of air circulation openings. The interface has an inlet integrated to an air outlet (EC) of a conformed conduit (CC) and an outlet directly delivering air issued from the conduit in a selected zone of an inner face (FIG) of a front glass (GL). A helix (HE) is housed in the interface or the conduit to pulsate the air that penetrates through the air inlet of the conduit before the air is not delivered through the outlet of the interface.
