The reamer (1) has detachable machining tips (20A-20C) mounted on an elongated body (3), where each tip conforms to ISO 1832standard. The tips comprise edges whose working zones are provided with distal parts, respectively. The tips are arranged in a two-by-two manner such that the distal part of the tip (20A) is near to a rotational axis (A1) than the part of the tip (20C) and is away from a hooked end (2) of the body than the part of the tip (20C). The body has an adjustment screw for adjusting inclination of a right portion of the working zone of the tip (20C).
