The arm (1) has a distal end with a coupling part (3) for releasable attachment to an interior wall of a mounting body (4), and a proximal end connected or connectable to a scaffold profile (6), where the distal and proximal ends are positioned such that the inner wall and the scaffold profile are in coupled state. A portion (8) of the anchor arm between the distal end and the proximal end is staggered in relation to an axis (5).
