The isolating process comprises introducing a liquid comprising the cells in a compartment, applying a filtration buffer, a lytic agent without neutralizer and a culture medium to the liquid, filtering the liquid by passing the cells through the filter, and recuperating the filter and the cells remained on the filter. The compartment comprises an upper opening and a lower opening between which a filter is positioned. The filter has microspores having a specified diameter. During the filtration of liquid aspiration of = 25 mbar is applied by depression below the filter. The isolating process comprises introducing a liquid comprising the cells in a compartment, applying a filtration buffer, a lytic agent without neutralizer and a culture medium to the liquid, filtering the liquid by passing the cells through the filter, and recuperating the filter and the cells remained on the filter. The compartment comprises an upper opening and a lower opening between which a filter is positioned. The filter has microspores having a specified diameter. During the filtration of the liquid: aspiration of = 25 mbar is applied by depression below the filter; and the filter is retained in the compartment using a nozzle. During the recuperation of the filter: the nozzle is removed from the compartment and then a piston is introduced in the compartment; and the filter is passed from the compartment to a well and/or a culture bottle. An independent claim is included for a device for collecting the cells present in a liquid.
