The machine i.e. alternator (100), has a heat dissipator (15) partially received in a housing (12) of a support (2) and integrated to the support. The dissipator is placed between the support and a cover (20). The cover is made of plastic material. The support and cover are arranged such that the dissipator remains placed in the housing of the support, in case of accidental disintegration of the dissipator from the support. The cover has openings for passage of the air.
