The device i.e. electric motor support (40), has plates (60, 62) arranged between and connecting an electric motor (16) and an external wall (42) of a reception housing (41) that receives the motor. The plates are disjointed, and co-operate with each other by a complementary shape, where the complementary shape of the plates form a labyrinth for air flow. The plates are constituted of an insert that is made of a foam, elastomer or rubber, where the insert has an external ring and a massive part both made of a flexible and rigid plastic combination.
