The device (D) has a driving unit including a wheel (G) that is installed between end edges of blinds (R1, R2) and is driven in rotation by a motor (MR). A cable (C1) has ends (E1, E2) that are respectively connected to a same side of the end edges. Another cable (C2) has ends (E1, E2) that are respectively connected to a same side opposite to the former side, of the end edges. The cables have intermediate parts that are driven in opposed directions, by the wheel such that one of blinds is pulled out when the other blind is pushed.
