The device has two lateral supports, where each support has a mobile bearing (6.2) housed in a fixed bearing (6.1) of each support, and a spring (6.3) placed at ends of a roller blind (2). The spring stretches the blind in longitudinal direction corresponding to moving direction of the blind, and has ends integrated to the fixed and mobile bearings, respectively. The blind is integrated to each mobile bearing at each end of a rear edge of the blind such that a single element integrating the mobile bearings is the blind, where a deflector is located in a winding zone of the blind.
