The booster (20) has an auxiliary piston (25) associated to a jump spring (33), where the auxiliary piston and the spring are arranged at a hydraulic reaction body (39) so as to form a hydraulic reaction cartridge (40) assembled into a block at a hydraulic piston (22). A rod displaces the auxiliary piston mounted in sealed and sliding manner in an axial hole (21) passing through the hydraulic piston, where the hole is in communication with a primary chamber (23) of a master cylinder (24).
