The end piece (2) has a rigid cylindrical cable receiving part (4) receiving a cable (1) in an inner bore, and a stop part (5) i.e. stop shoulder, blocked against a transmission unit (3) so as to assure traction of the cable by the transmission unit. The cable receiving part encloses the cable by being partially penetrated inside a flexible protective sheath (6) of the cable or an element i.e. sheath end piece (7), partially contained in an end part of the sheath. The cable receiving part has length that is larger than a maximum course of the cable during its traction. An independent claim is also included for a cable comprising a sealing unit.
