The shutter (1) has a slot (10) closed in a sealed manner and opened under pressure of a fluid product, where the slot is formed at the level of a slot area (13) with wall thickness (P1). The slot area is partially surrounded by a deformation zone (15) with wall thickness (P2). The wall thickness (P1) is larger than the wall thickness (P2) such that the slot area is more rigid than the deformation zone. A rigid fixation ring (16) fixes the shutter in a reception housing. An independent claim is also included for a fluid distribution body comprising a tubular element forming a reception housing in which a shutter is fixed.
