The cap (10) has discs (40) adhered or welded on a flexible sheet (20) and partly surrounding each of openings (31) situated in a plane of the sheet. Each disc forms a zone of thickness larger than thickness of the sheet at place where the corresponding opening opens up, and extends at a distance from the opening. Each zone is delimited by edges, where one edge is situated between another edge and the corresponding opening. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an assembly comprising a cap and a disc (B) a method for applying capillary product in tuft of hair.
