The device (1) has fixation units formed of telescopic fixing plate (4) and a middle plate, for fixing the device with a seat, where the device has a triangular prismatic shape with a tip of a triangle forming a side surface (3) of the device and pointing towards the top. Reinforcement frame (2) is applied against a portion of rear surface of backrest of the seat. The telescopic fixation plate is provided at an upper part of the device, where the plate is directly fixed on a rear surface of the seat. Holes (5) permit the passage of seat elements such as rod of headrest. An independent claim is also included for a seat of a vehicle, comprising a fixation unit formed of support rods.
