The method involves adjusting a water level of a secondary circuit above spacer plates (8). A hole (20) is realized in a wall of a selected tube (5) at the right of the selected spacer plate by remote control from the exterior of the steam generator, where the tube of a tube bundle in the generator circulates primary water. A part of deposits is removed from the hole, and ends of the tube are closed. Vertical branches of the bundle are maintained in water passages (11) of the plates.
