Use of urea in solid form having endothermic properties, contacted with an aqueous solution for preparing a dermo-cosmetic composition capable of lowering the skin temperature, is claimed. An independent claim is included for a device for implementing the urea having endothermic properties to prepare dermo-cosmetic composition, comprising a spongy or fibrous support capable of absorbing an aqueous solution, where the support is associated with urea.
