The assembly (1) comprises a first viscoelastic adhesive layer (3) having an external side (5), a sound insulation layer (2), a second viscoelastic adhesive layer (4) having an external side (6), and a protection film strippable on each adhesive side of the assembly. The insulation layer is inserted between the adhesive layers. The adhesive layers comprise synthetic rubber, and are provided with elements that form a projection and are constituted of scratches or ridges. The protection film is provided with an anti-adherent silicone coating.
