The vehicle has a film (3) made of flexible material and comprising an adhesive layer, which is applied to a protection layer (5) of a case of the vehicle. A relief decoration pattern (2) is formed on an external surface of the film. The case is obtained by a cataphoresis treatment. The external surface of the film is covered by an external paint layer, which is applied to the protection layer. The relief decoration pattern is reproduced on the external paint layer. The paint layer comprises multiple layers of opaque paint, which are covered by a varnish layer.
