The sealed chamber comprises a solid or flexible envelope (B) equipped with an inlet (A) by which a liquid, a solid (powder) or a gas circulates, an outlet (I) and a free passage (C) through which the liquid, solid or gas circulates after treatment, inserts (D, E) to magnetize the liquid, solid or the gas, a cone (F) that enhances the diffusion of the liquid, solid or magnetized gas by umbrella effect, and catalysts (G, H) that play a determining role by which the liquid, solid or gas is evenly distributed. The inserts comprise nickel iron elements. The sealed chamber comprises a solid or flexible envelope (B) equipped with an inlet (A) by which a liquid, a solid (powder) or a gas circulates, an outlet (I) and a free passage (C) through which the liquid, solid or gas circulates after treatment, inserts (D, E) to magnetize the liquid, solid or the gas, a cone (F) that enhances the diffusion of the liquid, solid or magnetized gas by umbrella effect, and catalysts (G, H) that play a determining role by which the liquid, solid or gas is evenly distributed. The inserts comprise nickel iron elements, and maintained by a housing (J). The cone is made of fluorinated polymer, and is present in a geometrical form. The catalysts maintain the polarity of the chamber, and are present in a geometric form for constituting a chain, where the dimensions and geometries of the catalysts vary depending on the quantities of liquids, solids (powder) or gas to be treated.
