Some of the segments are arranged parallel to each other. The deflection profile has a bore or recess for the passage of the liquid. The segment of the deflection profile is formed in a plate-shaped and/or disk-shaped manner. The deflection profile predominantly fills out the cross-section of the chamber, and is vertically arranged to the passage direction of the liquid. A conical deflection body is arranged to one of the segments of the deflection profile for deflecting the liquid, and has an elongated form tapering itself to an end with a circular or polygonal cross-section. A longitudinal center axis of the deflection body is parallely aligned to the passage direction of the liquid, where the deflection body is pointedly aligned with its end zone that is smaller in cross-section in the passage direction of the liquid. The outlet opening of a first chamber and the inlet opening of a second chamber are correspondingly formed for connection. One of the chambers is tubularly formed with a circular cross-section constant over the length of the chamber. The inlet opening and the outlet opening of the chamber are circularly formed in equal size in the cross-section. The cross-section of the chamber is circular-symmetrically formed to a longitudinal center axis of the chamber and/or the cross-section of the chamber is sectionally larger in an area between the inlet opening and the outlet opening than the cross-section of the inlet opening and/or the outlet opening. A helical deflection profile is arranged to the chamber, where the longitudinal center axis of the helical deflection profile is arranged in a flow direction of the liquid and the cross-section of the helical deflection profile fills out the entire cross-section of the chamber.
