The antenna has radiating elements (11-14) connected to phase-shift circuits (2) in upstream, where the elements are implanted on parallel lines (1). The elements of same lines are connected to one of the phase-shift circuits using passive radio frequency signals distribution circuit (71). The circuit (71) is designed such that electrical length of radiofrequency lines between input of each radiating element of same lines and output of corresponding circuit (2) is identical. The circuit (71) has an arborescent structure of couplers (7).
