PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human sensor capable of stable detection from the start of operation by adjusting to high sensitivity, in a control unit for processing a signal from the human sensor with a microcomputer and the like, by avoiding degradation of polarity and sensitivity under a high temperature, the condition under which human activity is reduced within the range of the usage and instability at the start of turning on electricity, by passing the signal of a necessary band frequency, amplifying thereof and setting a sensitivity correction means for each of the threshold values for detecting human presence. PSOLUTION: A human sensor mounted control circuit including the human sensor 2 equipped with an infrared pyroelectric human sensor element, the first to fourth sensitivity correction means 6-9 and a temperature detection element 16, and being an air ventilation apparatus always operating at a certain air volume, characterized by surely detecting the human motion in the detection area of the human sensor 2 and by ensuring the stability at the start of the turning on electricity.
