PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fancy cutting tool for easily cutting food materials thinly into a shape of natural curved beauty which looks like a grass or leaf.;SOLUTION: A cutter instrument provided with a special leaf-shaped cutting edge and a die table having a leaf-shaped through hole are combined to cut materials thinly. In addition, a guide surface is curved and the cutter instrument is curved from the cutting edge to a handle along curvature of the guide surface, so that the food materials are cut into a curved leaf-shape of natural curved beauty by pressing the cutter along the curved guide surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
