PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hand-rolled Sushi enabling pleasure of external appearance and deliciousness almost equal to those of conventional one, in spite of being swallowing food.;SOLUTION: The hand-rolled Sushi for swallowing food is hand-rolled Sushi made of vinegared rice and sliced fish of raw fish and shellfish as Sushi ingredient. A material which is obtained by chopping the same kind of the sliced fish together with edible oil is put between the vinegared rice and the sliced fish.
