METHOD FOR EVALUATING ACTIVITY OF CELL GROWTH FACTOR BY MEASUREMENT OF GLUCOSE CONSUMPTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is conventionally only a destructive method for measuring activity of a cell growth factor contained in a culture substrate and activity with time can not be measured by using the same sample and to provide a new method for nondestructively and simply measuring activity of a cell growth factor contained in a substrate for tissue regeneration in vitro with time.;SOLUTION: Activity of cell growth factor is measured by seeding cells in a substrate for tissue regeneration, containing a cell growth factor, after culture for a fixed period, and by measuring a glucose consumption in a culture solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
