PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation penetrating sheath pipe capable of connecting drain pipes watertight, enabling the easy disconnection of the drain pipe using a cutter, and being installable without having to cut reinforcements.;SOLUTION: The sheath pipe S3 comprising a vertical sheath pipe part 10 and a horizontal sheath pipe part 2, capable of storing a 90° elbow 30 is buried, in such a manner as to extend through the foundation B of a building. The downstream side width W2 of the vertical sheath pipe part 10 is larger than the upstream side width W1. Thus, even if the foundation penetrating sheath pipe 3 is formed compact, a space in which the cutter can be inserted can be formed, the foundation penetrating sheath pipe S3 can be minimized, and there is no need to have the reinforcements 9 disposed in the concrete foundation B cut off.
