PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap-removing machine capable of automatically removing a cap attached to a boss part of an article to be worked and capable of removing a plurality of caps at the same time even when boss parts are arranged dispersedly.;SOLUTION: While passing an insertion hole 12 of a cap-removing plate 3 over an under support pin of a base stand plate 5 and, at the same time, inserting the boss part 8 to which a cap 9 of the article 6 to be worked is attached through a first hole part 11A of a through-hole 11 of the cap-removing plate 3, the article 6 to be worked is caused to slide such that the boss part 8 is located within a second hole part 11B of the through-hole 11 of the cap-removing plate 3, the cap-removing plate 3 is inserted to a gap between a base body 7 of the article 6 to be worked and the cap 9, a pressing plate 2 is lowered to the cap-removing plate 3 side with an automatic operation, the cap-removing plate 3 is pushed down by a pressing member 26 and, at a peripheral portion of the second hole part 11B of the through-hole 11 of the cap-removing plate 3, only the cap 9 is removed from the boss part 8 of the article 6 to be worked by pressing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
