METHOD FOR EVALUATING RELAXING EFFECT OR INDUCTION SUPPRESSING EFFECT OF IN-VIVO TENSION, EVALUATING KIT AND SUBSTANCE SCREENING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the relaxing effect or induction suppressing effect of in-vivo tension possessed by an examination target substance.;SOLUTION: The relaxing effect or induction suppressing effect of the in-vivo turgescence possessed by the examination target substance is evaluated by comparing the concentration of at least one of eight kinds of the marker substances in the body fluid, which is collected from an animal to which the examination target substance is administered and stress is applied, with a reference value. The marker substance is captured by a carrier, to which a substance having affinity with respect to the marker substance is fixed, to calculate the concentration of the marker substance in the body fluid. A substance screening method using this evaluation method and a kit for simply performing the evaluation method are also disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
