PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately notify a prospective tenant regarding a deadline for receiving request information of the prospective tenant via a communications network, and to flexibly set and manage deadline.;SOLUTION: In the multiple dwelling house design auxiliary managing device connected with a tenant terminal that is a terminal operated by the prospective tenant of a managed apartment house of at least one building by the communications network, a deadline reception means receives the input of the deadline for receiving the request information, from a manager in each of a plurality of groups each comprising at least one dwelling unit in the apartment house and stores it in a deadline storage means; a deadline notification means notifies the tenant terminal regarding the deadline; and a deadline management means disables the reception of the request information to the tenant of the dwelling unit having reached the deadline.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
