PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a super-capacitor having excellent specific capacity and electric conductivity and having excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical stability. PSOLUTION: The electrode for the super-capacitor includes: current collectors; and porous composite metallic-oxide layers formed on at least one surface of the current collectors. The porous composite metallic-oxide layers are brought to a web state entangling yarn with an electric field applied thereto and ultrafine fibers formed by heat treatment after electric field application, and includes nano particles of a manganese oxide and a conductive metallic oxide having electric conductivity higher than the manganese oxide.
