PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communicator paper in which the delicate adjusting of a false adhesion force concerned at opening of an information communicator is not needed, moreover, there is also no transfer of variable information after the opening, the mass-production is possible, and few amounts request in home can be also responded, and to provide an information communicator produced by the same.;SOLUTION: The information communicator paper is characterized in that; a false adhesive sheet is coated on at least one surface of a board; a false adhesion seal layer in which the whole surface of the false adhesive sheet is not covered and which has a discontinuous part is formed, thereby to enable the adjusting of the false adhesion force; and a toner and an ink which are printed on the surface of the false adhesion seal layer is fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
