METHANE FERMENTATION SYSTEM HAVING HIGH ADAPTABILITY TO SEASONAL VARIATION

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation system having high adaptability to seasonal variation wherein, in a method of producing a methane-containing gas and a digestive fluid by methane-fermenting plant and animal based organic waste, the digestive fluid can be effectively utilized while suppressing using energy within a process in a period where the digestive fluid is not demanded as a liquid fertilizer. PSOLUTION: At the point of time in which a produced digestive fluid is not demanded as a liquid fertilizer, a gypsum based flocculant is added, and, phosphorous and nitrogen are moved to the solid side and are utilized for humus solid or the like. Further, a liquid component obtained by adding the gypsum based flocculant to the digestive fluid is circularly used for a methane fermentation stage together with the addition of plant and animal based organic matter with a moisture of 70% to the methane fermentation stage.
