PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end milling method, a method for creating a working program using the same, and device for creating the working program preventing chattering vibration of a workpiece generated by the load in cutting when cutting a thin-plate shaped workpiece with a tapered end mill.;SOLUTION: In the end milling method for shoulder machining a thin-plate shaped workpiece W with the tapered end mill tool 1, the machining is performed with a tool inclination angle A (degrees) calculated from a following formula (1) or (2) in the case of up-cutting and from a following formula (3) in the case of down-cutting in accordance with the tapered half angle θ (degrees) of the tapered end mill tool 1. The formulas are (1) 1.83θ-9.4≤A≤1.83θ-29.4 (θ≤7.87 degree), (2) A=-5(θ7.87 degrees), and (3) 2.10θ+6.1≤A≤2.10θ+26.1, wherein, A is the tool inclination angle (degrees) in which the direction inclined in the reverse direction from the perpendicular line with respect to the tool feed direction is made to be the forward direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
