PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for raising Takifugu rubripes fries in the case of edible Takifugu rubripes, enabling the probability of developing male ones to be increased without using any chemical dosing. PSOLUTION: The method for raising Takifugu rubripes fries includes the following process: hatched Takifugu rubripes fries are raised in a predetermined period within a predetermined temperature range; wherein the predetermined period is such that the hatched day is defined as the day zero and includes the range from the day 15 to the day 79, and the predetermined temperature range is 12-17C.
