PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having selective affinity to human P-selectin. PSOLUTION: The invention relates to a derivative of the compound which binds selectively to the adhesion molecule human P-selectin, and particularly to such a derivative which contains a peptide component or a functional equivalent thereof and is represented by X(ASBx/SB)SBm/SBASB3/SBASB1/SBASB2/SBASB1/SBY and is composed of 5-11 amino acids including valine, aspartic acid, tryptophan and glutamic acid.
