PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adequately carrying out quality assurance for delivering a product to a user, and also to provide a method for manufacturing of a hot-rolled metal strip using the same.;SOLUTION: A cooling-related equipment 26 between a finish-rolling mill 18 of a hot rolling line 100 and a coiler 24 is divided into a first half zone 5 and a second half zone 4. In the first half zone 5, cooling water is supplied, whose water amount density per one surface of a front surface and a rear surface is ≥0.7 m3/m2/min and ≤1.2 m3/m2/min respectively. In the second half zone 4, cooling water is supplied, whose water amount density per one surface of the front surface and the rear surface is ≥0.0 5m3/m2/min and ≤0.3 m3/m2/min respectively. In this way, the temperature of the hot-rolled metal strip 8 immediately before winding is controlled. In the first half zone 5, in addition thereto, the full width of hot-rolled metal strip 8 installed at the exit side of the first half zone 5 is fed back to the control of the temperature of the hot-rolled metal strip 8 in the first half zone 5 based on result of temperature measurement by a near-infrared camera 27A capable of photographing a full length or a part of the full length so that the temperature of the hot-rolled metal strip 8 immediately before winding is controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
