PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a key top for portable information terminal which has two performances of flow property and keying strength while maintaining excellent properties of polycarbonate resin.;SOLUTION: The key top for portable information terminal is obtained by molding a resin composition containing a polycarbonate resin (A) and an elastomer (B) as essential components. The viscous average molecular weight of the polycarbonate resin (A) is 17,000 to 20,500, and the elastomer (B) is a copolymer composed of a monomer containing (meth)acrylate and butadine as essential components, and has a mixing ratio of 0.03-0.7 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the polycarbonate resin (A). Since the key top for portable information terminal is excellent in transparency and keying strength and also excellent in flow property of the resin material used therefor, it can be suitably used as a key top for a cellular phone which particularly requires reduction in thickness and weight with excellent productivity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
