PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoide fighting with a fish, while avoiding unforeseen accidents even when trouble occurs on a boat in an emergency causing an electric shock; to improve dangers and hard labor environments for persons engaged in fishery, simultaneously avoiding failure in catching; and to shorten the time from hooking of the fish to catching of the fish.;SOLUTION: An apparatus is composed of a waterproof housing case 1 suspended from a nonconductive stem line (a) hung from the shipboard, a spring case 17 mounted on the waterproof housing case, first electrodes 13 secured to the spring case, a second electrode 6 inserted into the waterproof housing case, a fishhook b connected through an electroconductive leader to the second electrode, a sensor 3 inserted into the waterproof housing case, and operating when the fish is hooked, a power source and an electric control part connected to the sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
